Look up soundfonts, how to install and use them, look on the internet for one with various guitar sounds.
Hehe distortion and quality seem to be a bit of an oxymoron to me :)
There is distortion guitar in the defaulkt soundfont, but it is pretty nasty.
You'd be better looking for a better soundfont.
