Help in harmonization

i need a help for my music school work .i had to write a composition with 16 bars and i need to put the chords ''up in the melody'' only the name of chord ,eg.C ,D ,Fm .the music is here http://bit.ly/Lz5fxv .can you put the chord name and put in musescore page of sheet music ?? i'll very happy if you help me . thanx !!!
