How to add extended Dynamics?
Probably missing something, but I can't see how to add eg. sf or sfz etc. in the current development version.

Add a dynamic to the score, double click to edit it as you wish, drag it to the dynamic palette for future use.

After a bit of playing around I discovered the necessary Ctrl-Alt-Click-Drag required (on Linux anyway) :-)
