Making objects permanently invisible
Hello everyone,
Is there any way of making objects (rests, courtesy key signatures etc.) permanently invisible? Even if I right-click a rest and select "Set Invisible", it appears again the next time I open the score. Quite annoying, if I may say so.

Any element made invisible should remain invisible when you save and reopen. When you turn something invisible, it becomes grey, and will not appear when you print or save as PDF. If you don't want to see the gray element you can uncheck Display -> Show invisible elements

Nope, it doesn't. If I make it invisible, save and then close the score, it will still be there when I reopen. Is it a problem with my system then?
Edit: it seems now it is only courtesy key signatures that re-appear. Rests are still invisible.

If you don't want courtesy key signature, go to style -> General -> Page -> Create courtesy key sig
or for just one key signature, right click it and select hide courtesy key signature.
