Delete rests and distance

Dear Sir,

I am sending the score link:

It is in Russian language and looks not clear for me(all this grey color and etc.).
I want to use your software to make it more nice and not to have any extras that I do not need(rests and etc.).
I use only measures,chords on a top of measures and text that I can type at bottom instead of on a top.
Originally I started to make all the same but it takes a lot of time and I need to delete rests and etc. on what was done.
Now I think more understandable my case.
