unwanted key signature changes

Hi. I'm writing a piece for concert band and I'm new at composing so I have the "concert pitch" button pressed down a lot to eliminate the need for transposing. This has worked fine in both of the other pieces I've worked on, but on this one, the key signatures change without me changing them. The song is in D major, so with the concert pitch button pressed I write everything like a c instrument playing in D. However, when I decompress the concert pitch button, all of the clarinets get transposed to a key signature of Gb major and have accidentals all throughout the music, so it still sounds in E. I change the key signature and all the accidentals go away, and then I save, but when I double click the concert pitch button, It just goes back to Gb! Is there a way to fix this? Also, I've been having problems where it won't let me select measures or input notes without saving before each action. Not sure if it's related, but any help with either problem would be greatly appreciated. :)

That is extremely weird behaviour.

I have just completed a score with Bb Clarinet parts without these problems, so maybe it is something specific to your score?

If you think it is score specific is there any chance of attaching it for inspection by the development team??

It would also be helpful if you let us have your Operating System and the version of MuseScore concerned.
