Can't Open File

My program wasn't responding and I clicked cancel when it asked to shut it down. I was stilll able to edit the work however and thought I was fine. I saved it and exited.

When I went back on later, it opens the program up when I click on it, but it's blank and the file isn't really there. Is there anything I can do about it or is it totally gone forever. It took forever since It was on ten different instruments.

This file is not a valid zip file, so this file is probably lost.
MuseScore should have made 2 backups. One in the directory where you last save the file. It should be named .Batalha Orchestra.mscz, with a dot (.) at the start and a comma at the end.

Depending on your operating system (please mention it on your profile (http://musescore.org/en/user/43758/edit) or in a comment) , there could be a version of this score in the session directory.
