Beginer Drums - 8th Note Beats

Hey all, just wanted to share my first Musescore composition - a very simple one page sheet with a variety of simple beginner drum beats.

Would love a bit of help actually.. I'm fairly new to using Musescore and am finding it quiet tedious; I
m not sure if it is the way I've formatted my page but I seem to only be able to place notes/rests accurately onto bars on the left hand side of the page. Not the biggest issue as I just write on the left and then paste it onto the right, anyone have an explanation as to why this
