Can't start playback

Hi,

I'm a Frensh user of Musescore and i can't start playback.
When this problem began, i was on the 2.0.3 version but i uprgraded to 2.1 and it didn't change nothing.
When i press "space", nothing happend and i cant press the button "play" in the top of the sheet.

Can you help me please ?
