After "sudo modprobe snd-seq" I got sound in musescore and this output in a terminal

[code]ALSA lib pcm.c:2239:(snd_pcm_open_noupdate) Unknown PCM cards.pcm.rear
ALSA lib pcm.c:2239:(snd_pcm_open_noupdate) Unknown PCM cards.pcm.center_lfe

ALSA lib pcm_dmix.c:961:(snd_pcm_dmix_open) The dmix plugin supports only playback stream
registerPlugin: add action idx 5
Load plugin: no menu property

Now I'm also able to change the settings under "Settings -> IO -> PortAudio"

Problem solved for me :-)
