Go to Style>Edit Text Style>Measure number and change the offsets.
You may have to reload it for the changes to be seen.

I figured the method for offsetting on my own, but nothing happened. Your solution of reloading the score worked! Thanks a lot! Remember that negative offset values move the measure numbers up the page, and positive offset values move numbers down the page, for those who were wondering.
Increase the System distance in Style/General/Page
