Update to "Ten Music Notation Programs"

Daniel Spreadbury of Dorico has just told me he'd like to do an update to the Dorico engraving in Ten Music Notation Programs. With a new edition forthcoming, would you like to update your entry?
If so, please send me a PDF (with a page size of 8.5 by 11 inches if possible, but A4 will do) by July 1.

I don't think we would see a lot of changes with MuseScore 2.1. I did open it and save it in 2.1 and is the score
