No midi input after suspend in Linux

Hi,

whenever I resume my computer from suspend there is no midi input in Musescore. I have to re-plug the MIDI keyboard AND restart Musescore each time.
I use Ubuntu 12.04 LTS which has musescore 1.2.

This is just a minor inconvenience but still I would be interested if others have the same problem and what is the reason.
