Tied notes in clef change

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Apply treble clef 15ma to bar 2.

Result: The notes move two octaves down, but the ties don't end connected to notes.

Discussion: I'm not sure what should happen. Page 9 of 'Behind Bars' discusses the subject a little: "Avoid changing a clef during a tied note, as the tie will look cumbersome. If this cannot be avoided, the clef is best changed at a system break."
