Slow
I could be wrong but: I open a score compiled with 1.3 in Nightly R.5036e8c.
After some measures the time slows down. Play Panel decreases enough. I tried to delete the tempo text and insert a new (Con Brio), decreases again (you can try with the attachment: http://musescore.org/node/21637)

I tried the attachment "Exultate justi in Domino" but the play speed never wavered from 120bpm.

Maybe it's me or the PC (Vista 32 bit SP2), or both:
I open the score with Nightly R.5036e8c (I am attaching);
PF11 (Play Panel);
Delete "Andante moderato";
Insert (Ctrl + Alt + T) "Adagio";
Start playback:
First measure = 72 bmp, second measure = 120 bmp.
