Is this a playback bug?
When I go and hit the play button, the score plays regularly, Then at about measure 3 or 4 it slows down and becomes fuzzy and deformed. The blue line keeps going at the speed it should go at, but the playback is extremely slow and not sounding how it should. Is this a bug? And how do I fix this? I've tried everything from X-ing out of the score to re-installing the program. I need help fast!!!! I can't continue without this being solved!

What version are you using? Version 1.3 has a playback bug fixed that sounds like what you are describing so if your not on that version, upgrade if you can.

I think I'm using 1.3. I just re-downloaded it from the website so it should be the newest version, which would be 1.3.

What score are you using? Did you make it, or import it from elsewhere? Can you upload it?
I'm using the concert band score but I deleted the oboe, bassoon, and added percussion and tubular bells. Unfortunately I cannot upload it at this time

What about another score? Does creating a new score with some instruments and notes also present problems? Maybe somehow this score is corrupt. One simple option is to do a "factory reset" (http://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings) in case MuseScore has gotten buggered up.

I don't think it's something wrong with musescore. I think it was my e drive cuz when I go on my first computer it's done but when i go on another, it's all fuzzy. Sorry. But thanks for the help :)
