Numero sign, or symbol

As shown here , I would love to see the numero symbol introduced in the next version in the special characters list. I've come across a few pieces of music where the titles and subtitles have used such symbols, and I've never been able to recreate it without having to go through a BIG workaround.

PS- If this is just a matter of Alt+ coding it in, I wouldn't know. My laptop unfortunately wont Alt+ code anything, no matter the amount of research I've done to figure out how to do it on my laptop - that is, not having 10key available to me except when using the on-screen keyboard. Even then, it didn't want to work.
