Make Playing difficult Key Signatures & Interval recognition easier-- need Development Advice
I have developed an improvement to Traditional Notation that is minimally disruptive yet helps in sight reading to easily identify notes and intervals regardless of key signature. Courtes-c Staff (TM) marries the 6-6 whole tone pattern with aesthetically pleasing sharp/flat notes indication. Please refer to

My main question is how to recruit help to get this option into MuseScore; not sure if the Plug-in framework could handle this or must have another C++ development fork. I would like to get the idea out on YouTube and crowdsource funds to hire programming help. The examples show my incomplete by hand conversion; the new 'accidental' noteheads are sometimes not perfect--the completed enhancement/option to MuseScore would solve this problem. The goal of course is to automatically convert any score. I'm a guitarist with a secret desire to play piano, I quit at age 15 because of key signatures. With the Courtes-c Staff I'm able to start practicing these pieces again. The YouTube video will show this on my converted keyboard--I've marked it with blue large dots at the top of the keys so C D E F# G# A# are blank and C# D# F G A B are
'blue'.

My meaning is I would like to be able to hire help; pay for this conversion feature to be a part of MuseScore.. I'm asking for development cost estimates from programmers, thanks...

There are literally dozens of inventors who would want their new and better notation included in MuseScore. So, it's very unlikely (I'm one of the code committer) that a "Brand (TM)" notation ends up in the MuseScore software itself, but you can always fork it.
I don't think it will be doable with a plugin, at least not easily. So you will need a C++ developer most likely.

@lasconic Thank you for the information and reminder about the many 'improvers' out there... so MuseScore proper as you say won't include/favor one over the other, except as a plugin--which by your knowledge my requirements probably aren't realizable that way. I'll continue to gather feedback with hand modified scores and see if more interest is generated while starting some communications with C++ developers to get a fork project underway. And I'll keep on the lookout for maybe a brave plugin creator to try and tackle it.. either way under some payment agreement.
