Linked Staves and Time Signature Change

In the current nightly build, if you apply a new time signature in the middle of a score with linked staves, the part after the new time signature is no longer linked. Changing the notes on one staff has no effect on the other.

This seems to only apply to notes that have already been entered. New notes seem to work OK.
