Plugin does not produce any output

I have uploaded a newer version of the plugin.
Currently have not enough time to check why the one uploaded initially did not work.

The issue seems to be related to slow processing speed of initial plugin's version.
An update was made to handle this. The new version works a lot faster on bigger scores, but still is not perfect.
The reason why this defect was overlooked is that the plugin initially was tested only on small input scores.
