Changing the theme in OS X (Preferences)

When changing the theme in the OS X version, after selecting Aqua, the fonts change throughout the application and there is no way to get them back (apart from trashing the preferences, presumably).
Congratulations to the team on the release. I intend for it to be used in the university classes in which I teach and installed in the computer lab.
