Deleting Measures And Removing Instruments

Hello! I have a possible bug to report. On both my macbook and PC I have downloaded a pre-made score, and am changing it around so my band is able to play it, but whenever I try to remove an unneeded instrument it completely crashes the program. Also, whenever I try to delete a line of measures, it deletes the ENTIRE PAGE. If anyone has a fix, please respond. Thanks!

IS your MAcbook running Mavericks ?

There are known problems with MuseScore 1.3 and the new Mavericks OS.

If this is the case try downgrading to MuseScore 1.2
