collating or adding one movement of a score to another

Hello,
I have been overjoyed with using musescore and it has actually saved me from time wasting in dangerous areas .I am still using Muse 1.3 wasn't aware if 2.0 had been installed I will check tonight and see if I'm missing a newer version.I'm also using Windows xp. My question concerns music I have written in another saved file that I would like to add to an also already saved file. Is this possible with 1.3 and if so can you give me directions.I checked the handbook and other question forums and could not find anything to help me.I appreciate all the wonderful work your team has done (you have truly saved my life!
