Solution for Windows Tablet, audio w/o Equalizer

Just bought a dell venue pro tablet, preloaded windows 8.1

running as general desktop pc, everything good except
audio playback w/o Equalizer. Guess it may work with old notebooks which no
build-in Equalizer provide natively.

It's a big headache, Each teaching center have different audio equipment, speakers.

So Equalizer is very important for this case, searched a lot, found, tested,
it's working perfectly.
