Re-pith note input doesn't work on percussion staff

• Oct 18, 2017 - 04:08

Selecting re-pitch note input does not retain the original notated rhythm on a percussion staff in Musescore 2.1. It acts as the default time-step input, where both pitch and duration are alterable.
To replicate this bug:
1) Copy and paste a rhythm part from a different staff into a percussion staff with note input set to "rhythm"
2) Change note input to "re-pitch".
3) Enter new drumset "pitches" using shortcut keys.
Notice how he new "pitches" follow the note duration selected in the top menu, not the note duration already entered on the staff even though "re-pitch" is selected. To get around this limitation, I use the up and down arrow keys instead of the keyboard which changes the pitch but not the time vale.

Thanks, Sam
