I need to learn repeats better

I have set up two repeats so the score looks like this:

|-------[:-------------------RepCnt=2:]----------------------------RepCnt=3:]--------|
where the 1. 2. and 3. are three lines.
The line 1. plays once then goes back to the begin repeat.
Then the line 2. repeat plays and goes back to the begin repeat
(but it does this twice whereas I want it to do this only once only do it once.).
Then the line 3. repeat plays to the end.
If I change the repeat count to two for line 2,
then the line 2 does not send it back to the begin repeat.
How do I make my three verses with two endings work?
