Hairpins, Inspector property "continue height"
In the Hairpin section of Inspector there are two options not mentioned in Handbook.
"Height" obviously governs the width at the open end of the Hairpin.
"Continue height" --- what does that do??

Used when the hairpin crosses a line break.
For dim it is how far the end of the first part is apart from each other.
For cresc it is how far the start of the 2nd part is apart from each other.
