Score failed to load

So I've been working on a piano arrangement of Christmas Eve by the Trans Siberian Orchestra, and tonight I opened the score to listen to it and see if there was anything I needed to change, but when it loaded there was a message that said "Load Error, cannot read file". I just wanted to know if there was anything I could do to fix it, though I doubt there is since I've only had it for a week.
