you will need to use the "contact us" at the bottom left of the page.
The double mailings are sometimes random, you can change your settings from "Settings" at the top right of the page.

...use the 'Preview' button to proofread and make changes before you use the 'Save' button.
BTW: The double post above (not the double thread) is actually 2 different posts - one reads 'Caio' (translation: Caio), the other reads 'Ciao' (translation: Hello).
Computers can be so unforgiving in their exactitude. :-)
