Midi Out in Version 2.2

Hello

I'm trying to replace MuseScore's built in piano sound with a virtual instrument.
I have no idea how to configure the PortAudio I/O on preferences.

Tools I have:
Hammer 88 (Midi Keyboard)
MiniHost (VST player)
Sonivox 88 (VST plug in)
Speakers
LoopBe 1 (don't know if necessary)

What should my API be: MME, Windows DirectSound, or ASIO?
Device?
Midi input: LoopBE or Midi Keyboard?
Midi Output: Midi Mapper, GS Wavetable Synth, LoopBE, or Midi Keyboard?
