How do I create a score with multiple song parts (not instrument parts)?

There's probably already an answer for this, but every search I think of uses terms that mean something else. If I want to make a score that has multiple songs in it, e.g. a suite of Christmas songs, or a suite of themes from Star Wars movies, and I want to have whitespace between the songs so there doesn't have to be a page turn or a change in paper, and a new title section for each part (e.g. "Leia's Theme", "Imperial March", "Throne Room"), how would I go about doing it?
