Alphabetical order?

In the handbook, I noticed in the table of contents, accents are taken into account for alphabetizing items:

If there is a way, I would suggest it would make more sense to ignore the accents in most cases. For example A and Á are the same letter in Spanish. I'm not sure how other languages handle accents.
