Imported PDF's stuck in a queue

Hi, wonder if any can offer some advice please to help resolve a problem. Up until yesterday, I was able to use the 'Import PDF' function without any problems. However, I have 5 documents held in a queue for over 12 hours and not able to use the function. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi= Lasconic, just checked and unfortunately there are still 5 items in the queue. When I select the Import PDF option it takes me to the import screen but I don't get the option to select a file..are the queued documents causing some kind of block?
