playback with continuo (ground) under repeat?

I can't find a way to make a ground repeat during playback without writing it out over and over, and have not found any examples of doing so.

For example, this piece posted by alfred dünser :
"A Ground by Mr Finger F-Dur" https://musescore.com/user/119644/scores/3513306
shows the ground at the end of the piece, but it does not play with the melody line.

The ground could easily be written as 12 bars repeating 7 times and a second ending of 9 bars.
It would take less space and make it clear that the continuo sections are repeated identically.

How to do this?
