Send to Youtube for Audio Source not working

A while a go, I used the Send to Youtube option, in order to have the audio with sound fonts online. However, after waiting a month, I got no email or action. Assuming I had entered something wrong, I re-did it very carefully, ensuring everything was correct. It's now been two months since the latest entry and still nothing...

Any ideas?
