Version 2.3.2 very stlow to start

I have found 2.3.2 very slow to start - around 45 seconds before the splash screen goes away and a further 10 to 15 seconds before the program displays and the start centre shows. Previous version 2.2.1 was very quick.

Windows 10 Home. AMD quad core. 8GB RAM

Anyone else experiencing this?

If you have the MuseScore Drumline (MDL) extension installed, that could be the problem. Look under Help/Resource Manager.

I think they are working on streamlining it, but a lot of users have commented that boot times and performance are very slow. I currently have no need for the extension, so I deleted it. If that is not your issue, you'll have to rely on the advice of others more qualified than me. :)
