Midi input into score
Hello,
I am trying to add actual human voice into my score for speech aspect. I have taken the speech I want and put it into Ableton Live where I spliced it and converted it into midi. Once I try and load it into Musescore it just comes out as the actual pitches assigned to each spliced area instead of the actual speech. I was wondering what I was doing wrong or if extra steps are needed. I tried following one set of instructions but came out with no success.

Standard MIDI has no concept of speech. While many extensions exist and lyrics can be included, in essence it contains indeed only the pitches to be played back.
As MuseScore doesn't include a voice/speech synthesizer it can't rework those instructions into speech/singing.
