Crackling and popping while playback
Hello,
I have a problem since I changed my graphic card. While the playback of a score I hear crackling and popping noises. This seems to be no problem of the audio card or the audio driver, because I tried different PortAudio settings in MuseScore (MME, DirectSound, ASIO) an different sound cards (onboard, external USB) and it's always the same issue. When I install my old graphic card again (ATI Radeon HD 4600) then the problem is gone. My new graphic card is the NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030. Is there any knows issue with NVIDIA graphic cards or what can I do to fix the problem?
Thanks for help.

A video card shouldn't affect sound, but maybe it's too demanding on resources?
I'm getting crackling and popping when listening to a piano score with the sustain pedal held throughout the entire song, and when I let the song be, the notes will become off-pitch and the song will slow down dramatically

I'm having this exact problem too. It's always piano with the sustain pedal. It only takes a couple measures before the playback gets so distorted it barely even sounds like music.
