Measure operations - where did they go

In earlier versions there was an Edit/Measures menu with a few options.
That is now gone, but after a little searching it's functionality is still here.
Delete measure(s):
Ctrl + delete
Split measure:
Ctrl + drag or Ctrl + Dbl.click from
palette to Chord
Combine Measures:
Ctrl+ delete the barline

This seems simple enough, still I am a bit uncumfortable that these functions are no longer "visible", and can only be reached through keyboard sequences.
(At least I haven't found them.)

I would suggest that we consider adding them to the context menues.
Measures: Delete and join
Chord: Split
Barline: Join
