Solo and Ensemble Copyright
So, I chose a song on Musescore to play for solo and ensemble, but my band teacher says that I need to add something that says that I'm allowed to download and print anything that is on Musescore. Can anyone tell me where this is?

It's not possible to answer in general. For example be aware about the license of the special score: https://help.musescore.com/hc/en-us/articles/210386805-Choose-a-license
Above be sure, that's an original composition of the user and not a transcription of a score with a copyright restriction.
Best way is to contact the user themselves and ask for permission.
