Bass clef and custom key signatures

Hello,
Custom key signatures and playback of custom key signatures does not seem to be functioning properly with the bass clef.
I created a custom key signature in the "Main palette" window (or whatever it's called), and then added it. After dragging it onto the score, the treble clef had no problem registering it. However, the key signature was placed alongside the bass clef as though it were a treble clef. The result was that the F and G of the treble clef had a sharp while the A and the B of the bass clef had a sharp. There does not seem to be a way to "move" the key signature to its correct position.
