Jumps
I'm trying to put in a repeat and a DS al coda in a piece but the jumps won't work. I've looked at the inspector and the instructions seem clear - the play repeats button is on and the tick box in the inspector. but it refuses to play them. I can put it in ordinary repeat bars which work but I still can't get it to jump to the coda. Please help I don't understand why it isn't working

"D.S. al coda" needs four elements: "D.S. al coda", the "segno" sign, "to coda" and the "Coda" sign. Did you insert them all on the proper place?

Thanks - I've attached as is - I had but a repeat mark in but that gave me the repeat but not the coda.. I'm obviously missing something! I appreciate your help. Katie

Well I never - it just worked?! I changed one of the markers and it's working - thanks anyway!!

Indeed, by using two Coda-signs, you've to select for the first Coda-sign as marker type "to coda" ;-).
