How do I fix the timing after changing the meter mid-song?
I decided to add a 3/4 section in the middle of my song and it messed up all of the 4/4 stuff after that section, i.e. all of the downbeats are now on 4 instead of 1. I can't figure out how to move the whole 4/4 section over one beat. Can anyone help?

Open a new score:
Prepare staves with the changes of time (for example X Measures 4/4 - X 3/4, then X 4/4);
Copy and paste from the original score.

Re-enter 4/4 in the first measure after the change (this preserves the following measures);
Add 3/4.
