Play panel, music sound does not start at first note of the measure

Sound does not start on the first note I clicked,
nor at the begining with all of my files I had created.
All of my previous music files had played very well before.

I opened old file , all of them are not doing right.
I tried Muscor 3. It start out 3/4 of the first measure,
Muscr 2 sound starts out middle of first measure even though I had selected the first note.

I like to have this play panel working well, It had been great till just now
