Help with removing 'rest' from measure.
Hi.
Im new to muse score and trying to understand how i can remove a 'rest' (not sure of the proper word) from a measure.
Heres a picture of the measure.
I want to remove that rest, and have the remainder of the notes in the measure fill the space it occupied.
How can i do this?
The only way i could figure out was by rewriting the rest into the note i want, but then i have to manually rewrite all the following notes. For one measure this could be ok, but if i had alot of measures written afterwards, that would be not fun. So im sure theres a more normal way to do this...
Also, is there some way of writing in all the notes to a song without muse scores auto correct thing enabled, and then after writing the score to turn on the auto correct and then edit what needs to be done?

Select the notes following the rest
CTRL+X to cut
Select the rest you want to remove
CTRL+C to paste the notes you just cut to replace the rest.

Shouldn't happen as long as you don't use Ctrl+Del on any note or rest

I think Steve means Ctrl+V, not Ctrl+C.

I've never missed a key. No, not me. Oh no.
OK, I admit to missing a key only 1(thousand) time(s).

I thought I had made a mistake once ... but I was wrong. ;-)
