Free Trial Refund?

A while ago, I decided to get a free trial and have forgotten to cancel it. $49 is a lot for me, I can't afford to lose that much just for nothing; I don't think I will need to use any musescore services and I have not after the free trial expired. I have since cancelled the subscription and emailed the support today. I know I should be patient but I'm paranoid and anxious that I might not receive a refund, is it possible? There could have been an email reminder of some sort .. Please help ? ? ):
