Glissando from regular note to grace note should extend the note-grace note distance

When we add glissando from a grace note to a regular one, the gliss line extends the note distance to ensure that the line is shown properly. However, the opposite doesn't work like this. It would be great if glissandi stemmed from a regular note to a grace note also extends the note distance automatically.
Edit: Additionally, it would be fantastic if the grace note-note glissandi have playback as the note-grace note ones.
