Musescore3 Problems

Hello Everyone, I am a long time user of the musescore software and I love it (most of the time).
For long time I have used the musescore2 app and it worked perfect. But after long time I decided that its Time to update to the musescore3 version. At start the software was great but then a lot of problems started, every time I turn the midi function the musescore crushed, the musescore won’t save my shortcuts in any way I tried, and today it crashed and deleted all of my work that I did this day. if anyone can help me fix this problems its would be great.
