Play panel is grayed out
Hello. I am currently using Musescore 3 and have noticed the play panel will not work due to it being grayed out.I have attempted to delete and redownload, F11, and reset to factory settings. I can't even open the synthesizer because it is also grayed out and won't even let me select it. I could really use the help. Thanks!

_ In case of interference with other programs, esp. on Windows, go into your soundcard configuration from Control Panel and ensure that the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" in the Advanced tab of both Playback and Recording is unticked._
Open the system mixer (Windows) and check that MuseScore is present (when started).
