Global replace

There should be a way to replace things globally in a MuseScore file, like you can for instance in an MS-Word file? For instance, suppose I want to select all "Marcato above" in a MuseScore score (I know how to do this) and with one operation replace all the selected "Marcato above" signs with an "Accent above."
